Austin was a real professional he attended initial quotation meeting and listened to what I was looking for. He attended on time, sent the quotation in good time, and made me aware of the current climate regarding supply of materials. He was punctual each day and kept me informed of his schedule so I could plan my days. He was good company and had a positive outlook. He worked very hard and his work is to a very good high standard. Any issues that arose were discussed and resolved without concern. His work was neat, tidy and he was organised. He regularly updated me on keeping to the budget and time scale. I am extremely happy with my office conversion and the rear storage room is ideal and perfect for my needs. I would definitely recommend Austin he's a lovely guy and very good at his job.

Austin extended the back of our terraced house out to the boundary and created a large open planned L shaped kitchen diner area and also a large utility and bathroom area complete with toilet and shower. The outside area was also landscaped and looks amazing looking through our 4 metre bi-fold aluminium doors. The quality of his work is excellent and progress reports throughout the 6 month build were essential. His thought processes and problem fixing abilities were needed as two underground wells were found on the property. He also footed the kitchen with a large island and all of the underfloor heating. The end result that he achieved is far better than we ever thought possible.

We recently had a single story house extension built and project managed by Austin Evill Construction. The build was a great success, their attention to detail and dedicated work ethic meant the project ran relatively smoothly from start to finish, including all ground works, steel, brick work, render to the first fix, plumbing, underfloor heating and final kitchen installation. We would also like to thank Austin and his team for his after care service to ensure everything was finished and in good working order.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, was open and honest and understanding of everything we wanted but realistic about what could be done... Austin went above and beyond, we were let down by our plumber but he stepped in and did that work in addition to everything else, making sure we had our bathroom as quickly as possible but still to a fantastic standard. Honest, friendly, reliable and overall brilliant! Absolutely would recommend Austin to anyone and will definitely be using him again in the future!

Austin has just fitted seven doors for us, I had not realised how much work this would take. They look amazing and close effortlessly with that reassuring click. I cannot fault his work and he clearly sets himself very high standards. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
